Nope, just me liftin my business casual to show off my new compression socks! I hate to write it down because that makes it “real”, but I’ve been having some SERIOUS lower leg pain. After my 16 miler on Sunday, I hurt so badly I couldn’t walk the dog and was limping something awful around Walmart. The pain feels bony rather than muscular, but I’m hoping that since the onset was so rapid a solid week of pt, stretching, low impact exercise, and compression socks will increase blood flow enough to get the stress reaction all squared away and get me back to logging some big mileage.
